Batchwise Appointment Order of Shastri:- DDEE Shimla

Consequent upon the selection in the counselling conducted under the Chairmanship of undersigned during the month 03 March, 2023 the following candidate is hereby offered appointment as Shastri purely on contract basis. on the fixed salary of Rs. 21360/-(i.e. equal to 60% (sixty percent) of Cell lof level 9 of the Pay Matrix of the corresponding cadre of employees appointed/working on regular basis) as per Govt. office memorandum No. Fin.(C)-B(7)-2/202 I dated 12-01-2022. In case of WFF (married women), this appointment is subject to the final outcome of LPANo:215/2015 titled as Jvoti Kumari and others pending before the Hon 'ble High Court of H.P. and SLP No: 31435/2016 titled as State of H.P. and others Vs. Neelam Kumari pending before the Hob'ble Supreme Court of India. The appointees are directed to report for duty in the respective school of their posting against clear-cut vacancy, as shown against their name within 15 days positively subject to the acceptance and fulfillment of the following specific terms and conditions in addition to the in usual terms and conditions of appointment annexure as Annexure"A",
