HPU Shimla B. Tech./B. Tech. (Hons.) (CSE/IT/ECE/CE/EE) Counselling Schedule 2023

Counselling process for the admission to B. Tech./B. Tech. (Hons.) (CSE/IT/ECE/CE/EE)–First Year, shall start w.e.f. 05.07.2023 via online mode (google meet) as per the following schedule:

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. The candidates must see their RM-ID assigned to them on the Tentative Merit List uploaded on UIT website on 03.07.2023 and attend the ONLINE Counselling and Interaction Session strictly as per the time slot allotted for their RM-ID in the above Online Counselling Schedule.

2. After the Online Counselling and Interaction sessions, candidates shall be asked to fill an online Counselling Form to furnish data related to academics, course preference orders and online uploading of the certificates/documents.

3. The candidates shall be asked to upload the photos/snapshots/pdfs of the following documents (original): (i) Matriculation Certificate (for verification of DOB) (ii) 10+2 Marks card (iii) SC/ST/Physically Challenged Certificate/HPU-Employee certificate of Parent/Single Girl Child/J&K Resident or Migrant/EWS Certificate (if applicable) (iv) Income Certificate for consideration of Fee Waiver (if income of the family < 2.5 lakh pa)

4. The candidates shall be given time to upload the documents and submit the Online Counselling form till 09.07.2023, after which the online counselling form shall be disabled to receive any response.

5. The final merit list of the candidates eligible to take admission shall be prepared only out of those candidates who submit the online counselling form complete in all respect. First list of eligible candidates to take admission shall be displayed on UIT website on 15.07.2023.

6. Admission fee shall be deposited within two days of display of List of the Eligible Candidates for admission
