Govt College Bhoranj (Tarkwari) Teaching Staff Vacancy Details 2023

The appointments shall be made initially for three years. 

A. No. of Posts: 04 

B. Subject wise distribution: 

• 03 - Computer Application 
• 01 -Mathematics 

C. Pay Scale: Minimum pay shall be 15000.00 per month. 

D. Age for direct recruitment: 18 to 45 years 

Note: Age limit for direct recruitment will be reckoned on the first day of the year inwhich the posts) is/ are advertised for inviting applications or notified on the college website, as the case may be.

 E. Minimum Educational and other qualification: 

• Essential Qualifications: 

(i) A good academic record with at least 55% marks or an equivalent of55%, wherever the grading system is followed in Master's Degree level in the relevant subject froman Indian University or an equivalent degree from Foreign University recognized by theGovernment of India.

(ii) A relaxation of 5% is provided (from 55% to 50% marks) at the Master's Degree for theSC/ST/OBC (Non creamy layer) categories. and 

iii. A relaxation of 5% (from 55% to 50%) of marks, at the Master's level to thePhysically and Visually Handicapped persons in appointment as Assistant Professors 

iv. A relaxation of 5% is provided from 55% to 50% of the marks to the Ph.D. Degreeholders who have passed their Master's degree prior to the September 1991.

 v. "B" in the 7-point scale with letter grades 0, A, B, C, D, E & F shall be regarded as equivalent of 55% wherever the grading system is followed (7-point scale is given below).

vii.NET/SLET shall remain the minimum eligibility condition for recruitment andappointment of Assistant Professor in Universities / Colleges /Institutions.

Desirable Qualification(s): Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh. 

F. Selection for appointment to the post: Selection for appointment to the post shall be made on the basis of interview / personality test or if the HEIS-GC Bhoranj/ authority as the case may be, so consider necessary or expedient on the basis of interview / personality test preceded by a shortlisting process done by preparing a scoresheet on Table 3-B (UGC Regulations 2018)
