A. Schedule of Personal Interview for post of Registrar

All the eligible candidates shall be called for personnel interview on 19/06/2023 at 10:00AM onwards

B. Scheme & Schedule of Written Examination / Interview for the post of Deputy Registrar

1) Duration of written exam shall be of two hours

2) Written test will comprise 100 multiple choice objective questions with only one correct answer.

3) One mark will be awarded for each correct answer.

4) Cutting, alteration and use of calculator / mobile phone are strictly prohibited.

5) There shall be no negative marking for incorrect answers.

6) The written examination shall be OMR sheet based and hence use only black / blue ball pen for filling the OMR sheet

7) Minimum Qualifying marks shall be 40.

8) Return the question booklet and response evaluation sheet to the invigilator after completing the examination

9) Out of qualifying candidates, only top 10 candidates shall be called for personnel interview.

10) Final merit list for the selection for the post of deputy registrar shall be drawn on the basis of performance of candidates in interview only. The written examination shall be conducted only for screening purpose.

11) Candidate shall mandatorily bring call letter along with aadhar card/ any photo identify card issued by Central/State Government Departments, Statutory/Regulatory Authorities, Public Sector Undertakings, Scheduled Commercial Banks, and Public Financial Institutions.

12) Candidates are required to bring their original academic and experience / NOC certificates for verification

Time: 10:30AM to 12:30PM
Date of interview for shortlisted candidates on the basis of written examination: 20/06/2023 on 9:00AM onwards.
