प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा विभाग, उप-निदेशक, प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मण्डी, जिला मण्डी, हि० प्र० के कार्यालय में अनुबन्ध के आधार पर भाषाध्यापक के पदों को भरने हेतु बैच आधार पर काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया दिनांक 07 जुलाई, 2023 को निर्धारित की गई है। जिला मण्डी तथा अन्य | जिलों से सम्बंधित पात्र अभ्यर्थियों को काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेने हेतु 07 जुलाई, 2023 का दिन ही निर्धारित किया गया है। इस काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में वही अभ्यर्थी भाग ले सकते हैं जो भाषाध्यापक भर्ती एवं पदोन्नती नियम, 2013 (Language Teacher's R&P Rules, 2013) नियमों के तहत निर्धारित योग्यता पूर्ण करता हो, जिसका विवरण निम्न प्रकार से है:-

i) B.A. with Hindi as an elective subject and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). OR BA with at least 50% marks with Hindi as an elective subject and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) OR BA with at least 45% marks with Hindi as an elective subject and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms & Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. OR B.A. with at least 50% marks with Hindi as an elective subject and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) Special Education. Or Prabhakar (Honours in Hindi) with 50% marks followed by B.A. Examination (English and one | additional subject) with 50% marks from a recognized University and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) Or | M.A. (Hindi) with at least 50% marks from a recognized university and 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) AND

ii) Pass in Teacher Eligibility Test (TET Language Teacher) duly conducted by H.P. Board of School Education, Dharamshala. Provided that the incumbents who have already qualified the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the H.P. Subordinate Services Selection Board, Hamirpur shall also be eligible subject to the condition as laid down in Para11 of the guidelines issued by the | National Council for Teacher Education vide No. 76-4/2010/NCTE / Acad. Dated 11.2.2011

Note:- Relaxation up to 5% will be allowed in minimum educational qualifications and also in minimum qualifying marks for TET to the candidate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH categories of Himachal Pradesh.

अतः जो भी अभ्यर्थी उक्त काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेना चाहता है वह निर्धारित तिथि दिनांक 07 जुलाई, 2023 को सुबह 11 बजे उप निदेशक, प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मण्डी जिला मण्डी, हि० प्र० के कार्यालय में आकर आवेदन कर सकता है। माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा दिये गये दिशा निर्देशों के अनुसार अन्य जिलों से सम्बन्धित प्रार्थी जिनका नाम सम्बंधित रोजगार कार्यालय में दर्ज है वह भी उक्त काउन्सलिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग ले सकते हैं। अभ्यर्थी अपने | निम्नलिखित आवश्यक दस्तावेजों, शैक्षणिक व व्यवसायिक योग्यता से सम्बंधित दस्तावेजों की मूल प्रति व सत्यापित प्रति एवं एक पासपोर्ट आकार के | फोटो सहित निर्धारित तिथि को उप निदेशक, प्रारम्भिक शिक्षा मण्डी जिला मण्डी, हि० प्र० के कार्यालय में उपस्थित हों। आवेदन प्रपत्र अर्थात "प्रार्थी | बायोडाटा" फार्म उक्त तिथि को कार्यालय में उपलब्ध होगा। अन्य जानकारी के लिए दूरभाष नम्बर 01905-223454 पर किसी भी कार्य दिवस में सम्पर्क किया जा सकता है।

1. Bio-Data form along with passport size photograph.

2. Employment registration card.

3. Category certificate ( General category in case of Gen EWS and SC/ST/OBC/ WFF/ BPL in case of reserved categories).

4. Himachal Bonafide.

5. Character certificate.

6. All academic qualification certificates in ascending order. (Matric, BA, MA and others etc.)

7. Professional qualification certificate (D.El. Ed. / B.Ed.) 8. Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for Language Teacher to be conducted by an authority designated by the H.P. State Government.

Note:

1. All certificates be arranged strictly in the above mentioned sequence.

2. All the essential certificates/ documents should be produced at the time of counselling and no document will be entertained after the date of counselling in any mode. The responsibility of non- production of any documents shall lie upon the candidate concerned.
