Appointment order of Shastri:- DDEE Solan Consequent upon their selection in the counselling conducted under the chairmanship of the undersigned on dated 04.03.2023 in this office as per approval of Govt. conveyed by the Director of Elementary Education H.P. Shimla vide letter No. EDN-H(III) B(6)1/2022-Apptt(C&V) dated 21.02.2023, the following selected candidates are hereby offered appointments to the post of Shastri Teachers purely on contract basis on fixed salary @ 21360/- per month i.e. equal to 60% (Sixty percent) of the first cell of the applicable level of the pay matrix of the corresponding cadre of employee appointed /working on regular basis) as per Govt. Memorandum No. FIN©-B(7)-2/2021 dated 12.01.2022 . In case of WEF (Married women), this appointment is subject to the final outcome of LPA No. 2015/2015 titled as ivoti Kumari and others pending before the Hon ble High Court of HP and SIP No. 31435/2016 titled as state of HP and others vs Neelam kumara pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The appointees are directed to report for duty in the respective school of their posting against clear cut vacancy, as shown against their name(s) within 15 days from the date of issue of these orders under intimation to this office, Subject to the acceptance and fulfillment of the following specific Terms and Conditions in addition to the usual terms wins formointment annexed as Annexure "A".
