Appointment order of LT (Batchwise).:- DDEE Una In Compliance to Director of Elementary Education HP Shimla letter Number EDN-H(111)B(6)1/2022 Apptt (C&V) dated 21-02-2023 & further approval conveyed by the Director Elementary Education Himachal Pradesh Shima vide their letter no. EDN- H(111)B(6)1/2022 Apptt (C&V) dated 21-02-2023 and in Pursuance to the Batch wise Counselling of LT conducted in this office on dated 09.03.2023, further on the recommendation of the Screening Committee constituted for the purpose of Batch wise Counselling of LT, the following Candidates/ Candidate is/ are hereby offered appointment of LT purely on Contract basis on fixed Salary Rupees 21360/-i.e. equal to 60% (Sixty Percent) of first Cell of applicable Level of the Pay Matrix( Level Nine) of HP Civil Service (Revised Pay) Rules 2022 dated 03.01.2022 i.e. Corresponding Cadre of C&V employees. The appointees are directed to report for duty in the respective place of their posting against clear Cut Vacancy, as shown against their names within Fifteen days from the issue of these orders subject to the acceptance and fulfillment of the following specific terms & Conditions and additional usual Terms & conditions of the appointment Annexed at Annexure-A, failing which, your candidature shall automatically stand cancelled and the next candidate from the waiting list will be appointed in his/her place. Since the appointment is being offered purely on contract basis, the candidate will have to execute a bond on judicial paper with the Principal/Headmaster of concerned school, where he/she is posted that he/she has carefully gone through the conditions of the contract appointment and the conditions imposed are acceptable to him. The joining report will be accepted only after the execution of the requisite bond between the Head of institution and the candidate.

1. It will be the personal responsibility of the candidate/individual to inform this office on the Performa enclosed duly counter signed by the concerned Principal/Headmaster of their school that he/she has joined the place of his appointment on or before schedule period failing which this offer shall stand withdrawn without any notice.

2. That the Head of the institute will ensure that the Educational and professional qualifications possessed by the candidate is from recognized University/Institution. This verification should be made within three months from the date of joining. The Attested copies of certificates awarded to the candidates by the recognized University/Institution be kept in the office for record.

3.Once a selected Candidate Joins in this Distt. he/she should not resign the service in lieu of his/her selection in other Distt. after his/her joining.

4. The concerned candidate shall have to submit a declaration to the DDO concerned before Joining to the effect that he/she had not earlier joined as LT inny other Distt, if any such matter cames into the notice at any later stage the offer of appointment will be withdrawn without assigning any prior notice.
