Appointment of JBT:- DDEE Shimla In compliance to the Director of Elementary Education Shimla-01 Letter No. EDN-H(Elem-IV) B(6) 1-1/2021-22-Apptt.) dated 03.01.2023 , subsequent letter No, even dated 02.12.2022 dated 05.08.2022.21.09.2022. 11.10.2022 and in pursuance the Batch Wise Counseling of JBT conducted in this office on Feb, 2021 further recommendation of the screening committee constituted for purpose of Batch-wise counseling of JBT, the following candidnten (Batch Wise) are hereby offered appointment as Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) purely on contract bamin on fixed salary of Re. 17820/- (i.e. equal to 60% of the first cell of the applicable level of the pay Matrix of the corresponding cadre of employees appointed/working on regular basis) as per Govt. office memorandum No. Fin(C)-B(7)-2/2021 dated 12.01.2022 with the condition that it will be subject to the final outcome of review petition and also subject to the order that has passed to be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP 20743/2021 and other pending Court cases. The appointees are directed to report for duty in the respective Block Elementary Education Officer of their posting schools, as shown against their name(#) within 15 days of the issuance of the communication subject to the acceptance and fulfillment of the following specific terms and conditions. In addition to the usual term and conditions of appointments annexed as Annexure "A" falling which, your candidature shall automatically stand cancelled and the next candidate from the waiting list will be appointed in his/her place.

1. Since, the appointment is being offered purely on contract basis, the candidate will have to execute a bond on judicial paper with the Block Elementary Education Officers of concerned school, where he/she is posted that he/she has carefully gone through the conditions of the contract appointment and the conditions imposed are acceptable to him/her. The joining report will be accepted only after the execution of the requisite bond between the Head of institution and the candidate.

2. It will be the personal responsibility of the candidate/individual to inform this office on the proforma enclosed duly countersigned by the concerned Block Elementary Education Officers of their Block that he/she has joined the place of his/her appointment on or before schedule period failing which his/her appointment shall stand withdraw on the expiry of stipulated date & time and he/she will be debarred from anointment

3. That the Educational & Professional qualification possessed by the candidate will be the same as prescribed by the Department for the post of Junior Basic Teacher (JBTs) in the concerned group(subject). The Head of the block will also ensure that educational and professional qualification possessed by the candidate is from a recognized University before the joining report is accepted. Necessary verification to this effect is to be made by the BEE's of the concerned block at the time of hisher joining. Duly attested copies of the certificate awarded to the candidate by the recognized University/Board are kept in the office for record.

4. That each candidate, being offered appointment as JBTs will have to ensure that he/she has acquired complete knowledge of the latest CCS conduct Rules with in a fortnight of the date of joining duties and will submit an undertaking to this effect in written to his/her Head of office /blocks.

5. The contract will be initially for one year and the candidate shall have to enter into fresh contract agreement with the BEEO's of the concerned block after completion of one year. The contract shall be extendable on year-to-year basis subject to the satisfactory performance of the candidate.

6. He/she is being posted in non Sub Cadre area temporarily due to non-availability of vacancy in Sub. Cadre areas. Helshe is to serve in Sub-Cadre area and when vacancy arises in this area.

7. That each Candidate, being offered appointments is subject to the condition that helshe has to acquire/fulfill the minimum qualification norms of NCTE issued vide notification dated 29 July 2011.

8. The contract candidate shall have to submit a declaration to the effect that he/she had not earlier joined as Junior Basic Teacher (JBTw) in any district.

9. Ifany such matter comes to the notice of the department at any later stage the offer of appointment can be withdrawn without any notice.

10. The Block Elementary Education Officers before accepting the joining of the candidate will ensure that character Certificate, EWS certificate, WFF certificate BPL certificate, Sportsperson is issued from competent authority, and category certifiente i.e. SC/ST/OBC (parental certificate) issued by the Govt. of Himachal Pradesh. These cortifientes must be obtained from the candidate and kept in the office record/Personal file and send the same to the block where he/she may be transferred in future. If the offer of contractual appointment is acceptable to the candidates helshe shall submit joining to the concerned Block Elementary Education OMicers under intimation to this office within 15 days. If the joining is not made within prescribed period, it will be deemed that the candidate is not willing to join and offer shall stand withdrawn automatically without any notice:
