Appointment order of JBT Batchwise (Waiting list-V).:-DDEE Una>> In compliance to the Director of Elementary Education Letter No EDN-H (Elem- IV)B(6)1-1/2021-22-(Apptt.) dated 03.01.2023, subsequent letter no. even dated 02.12.2022, dated 05.08.2022 21.09.2022, 11.10.2022 & furher approval conveyed by the Director of Elementary Education Himachal Pradesh Shimla vide their letter no. EDN-H(Ele-IV)(b)(6)1-1/2021-22-(Apptt.) dated 27.05.2023 & in pursuance the Batch- wise Counselling of JBT conducted in this office on dated 22.02.2021 & 23.02.2021, further recommendation of the screening committee constituted for purpose of Batch-wise counselling of JBT, the following candidates (Batch-wise) are hereby offered appointment as Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) purely on contract basis on fixed salary of Rs. 17820/- (ie. equal to 60% (Sixty percent) of the first cell of the applicable level of the pay Matrix of the corresponding cadre of employees appointed/working on regular basis) as per Govt. office memorandum No. Fin(C)-B(7)-2/2021 dated 12.01.2022 with the condition that it will be subject to the final outcome of review petition & also subject to the orders that has to be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP 20743/2021 and other pending court cases. The appointees are directed to report for duty in the respective Block Elementary Education Officers of their posting schools, as shown against their name (s) within 15 days of the issuance of this communication subject to the acceptance and fulfillment of the following specific terms and conditions. In addition to the usual terms and conditions of appointment annexed as Annexure "A", falling which, your candidature shall automatically stand cancelled and the net candidate from the waiting list will be appointed in his/her place.

Since the appointment is being offered purely on contract basis, the candidate will have to execute a bond on judicial paper with the "Block Elementary Education Officer" of concerned school, where he/she is posted that he/she has carefully gone through the conditions of the contract appointment and the conditions imposed are acceptable to him. The joining report will be accepted only after the execution of the requisite bond between the Head of institution and the candidate.
The contract will be initially for one year and the candidate shall have to enter into fresh contract agreement with the concerned BEEO after completion of one year. The contract shall be extendable on year to year basis subject to satisfactory performance of the candidates. It will be the personal responsibility of the candidate/individual to inform this office on the Performa enclosed duly counter signed by the concerned BEEO of their school that he/she has joined the place of his appointment on or before schedule period failing which this offer shall stand withdrawn without any notice.
The Block Elementary Education Officer of the concerned Education block, before accepting the joining of the candidate will ensure that character certificates duly issued by the SDM (Civil) concerned category certificate.c. SC/ST/OBC (Parental certificates issued from Himachal Pradesh and IRDP/ BPL certificate is in order (latest). These certificates must be obtained from the candidate and kept in office recored / Personal file. The BEEO concerned will ensure that the Educational and Professional Qualification possessed by the candidate is from recognized University/Institution.
This verification should be made within three months from the date of joining. The attested copies of the certificates awarded to the candidates by the recognized University/ Institution be kept in the office for record. The age, educational and professional qualification possessed by the
candidate shall be as per the latest "R&P" Rules and is form a recognized Board/ University. Necessary verification to this effect is to be made by the Block Elementary Education Officer" of the concerned/ Block, before the joining report is accepted and retained the attested copies of required documents.
Candidate's having the qualification of Bachelor of Education from any NCTE recognized institution shall have to undergo a six month Bridge Course in Elementary Education recognized by the NCTE, within two years from the date of appointment according to the Para(2)(a) of NCTE Norms.dated 28.06.2018. If the offer of contractual appointment is acceptable to the candidates he/she shall submit joining to the concerned head of the institution under intimation to this office within 15 days. If the joining is not made within prescribed period it will be deemed that the candidate is not willing to join and offer shall stand withdrawn automatically without any notice:-
