1. The DSSSB vide its Advertisement No. 02/2021 had advertised 278 vacancies (UR-114, EWS- 27, OBC-75, SC-41, ST-21 including Ex-Servicemen-28, Meritorious Sportsperson-13, OH-06, HH-08, VH-07, Multiple Disability-02) for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant, in Municipal Corporation of Delhi, under Post Code 44/21. The Tier-I (G) written examination in respect of this post was conducted in the month of April-2022.
2. 3004 candidates were shortlisted for appearing in Skill Test/Typing Test which was conducted in the months of Nov & Dec-2022 and Jan-2023. 787 candidates qualified the skill test. The skill test result of these 787 candidates was uploaded on the Board's website vide Notice No.1426 dated 03/03/2023 and 670 candidates were directed to upload documents in e-dossier from 09/03/2023 to 23/03/2023. The e-dossier has not been submitted by 90 candidates
3. Out of the uploaded 580 e-dossiers the final result has been processed as per merit on the basis of marks obtained by these candidates in the written examination and also claims made by the candidates in their online application forms for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant in MCD under post code 44/21. As per the Board's resolution dated 14/07/2022, no scrutiny of documents uploaded in the e-dossiers and of the other terms and conditions of recruitment notified by the Board in the advertisement of the said post code has been done by the Board.
4. The eligibility as per Recruitment Rules and other terms and conditions as specified in the advertisement no. 02/2021 and relaxations as per rules in respect of educational qualifications, experience, other certificates shall be scrutinized/verified by the User Department for determining eligibility of the candidate for the post code 44/21 as on cutoff date 04/07/2021 before issuance of offer of appointment to the post. However, The User Department while determining the eligibility of short listed candidates for age shall reckon the closing date given in the initial advertisement as the cutoff date, i.e., 24/06/2021.
5. The candidates having following roll numbers in Tier I exam are hereby provisionally nominated for the post of Junior Secretariat Assistant under post code 44/21 in MCD, subject to fulfilling all conditions of eligibility and also correctness of the information furnished by the candidates in their online application forms and e-dossiers:-
