Office order regarding waiting panel of JBT Teacher in r/o Chamba Distt. H.P.

In pursuance of the Director of Elementary Education, H.P. Shimla-1 letter No. EDN- H(Ele) (IV)B(6)1-1/2019-20-JBT(Apptt) dated 22.02.2020,16.1.2020 and 03.01.2023.And Consequent upon his/her selection in the counselling held on 23.02.2021 & 24.02.2021 followed by the instructions/guidelines issued by the DEE HP Shimla-1 vide its letter No. EDN-H-(Ele-IV)(B)(6)1- 1/20121-22(Apptt) Dated 11.10.2022 & 02.12.2022 as well as on the recommendations of the screening committee for offering appointment to the post of Junior Basic Teacher (JBT). The candidates as per ANNEXURE-A are hereby appointed from waiting panel (IV) as Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) purely on contract basis on fixed salary of Rs.17820/-i.e. equal to 60% of the first cell of the applicable level of the pay Matrix of the corresponding cadre of the employees appointed /working on regular basis per month with the condition that the appointment is subject to the final outcome of the court case SLP No. 20743/2021 which is still pending adjudication in Hon'ble High Court of H.P. The candidates are directed to report for duty in their respective schools within 15 day's positively on the specific terms and conditions as per ANNEXURE-B of the appointment otherwise appointment will automatically withdraw.

1. The educational and professional qualification possessed by the candidate will be the same as prescribed for the post of JBT by the Department and necessary verification of the certificate/Diploma/degree awarded to the candidate by the recognized Board/ Universities are to be done before the joining report is accepted. Necessary verification to this effect is to be made by the concerned Block Elementary Education Officers retaining attested copies thereof before the Candidate is allowed.

2. Candidates who have passed ETT within the state of Jammu & Kashmir and have already been appointed in previous recruitment process against of the post JBTs that their appointment / regularization / service shall be subject to the final outcome of CMP No. 7332 of 2018 in CWPIL No. 157 of 2018. BEEO Concerned also directed to get verify all the certificates/ credentials of those candidates who have passed ETT Course within the State of Jammu & Kashmir and appointed against the post of JBTS within a month positively.

3. In case the specific terms and conditions are acceptable to the candidate concerned, they will report for their duty at the Institution of their posting within fifteen days from the issuance of this offer along with the documents required as per terms of this office order and shall simultaneously send their acceptance to this offer of appointment.

4. It will be the personal responsibility of the candidate/ individual to inform this office duly countersigned by the concerned BEEO's of their Block that he/she has joined the place of his/her appointment on or before schedule period failing which his/her appointment shall stand withdrawn on the expiry of stipulated date and time and he/she will be debarred from appointment.

5. That each candidate being offered appointment as JBT, will have to ensure that he/she has acquired complete knowledge of the latest CCS/CCA conduct Rule within a fortnight of the date of joining duties and will submit an undertaking to this effect in writing to his/her BEEO's/ If these specific as well as usual terms and condition are acceptable to the Candidate(s), he/she will report for duty at the Institution of his/her posting as detailed in Para-3 above along with documents required to be produced as per terms of this order, failing which the offer of the appointment shall automatically stand cancelled and the candidate will have no right to claim it.
