Applications are invited for one post of Deputy Assistant Director (Bio-Chemistry) (Non Medical), General Central Civil Service, Group 'A' Gazetted (Non-Ministerial) in the Pay Level-10 (Rs.56100-177500) or (Pay Band-3, Rs. I5600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/- (Pre-revised)) in Central Research Institute, Kasauli Under Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. The post is required ied by deputation (including short term contract) from amongst the Officers under the Central Governmnent or State Govermment or Union territory Administration or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Recognized Research Institutions or semi Government or Autonomous Bodies or Statutory Organizations as under:- fille A)

i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or

ii) with two ycars ered after appointmcnt thereto on a regular basis in posts in PB-2, Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs.4800/- (Pre-reviscd)) or in pay Level-8 (Rs.47600-15|100) or equivalent in the service in the grade rendered after parent cadre or department: or

(iii) with two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thercto on a regular busis in posts in PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay Rs.4600 or cquivalent; and B) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience.

Essential

(i) Master of Science in Bio-Chemistry from a recognized University & Institute

(ii) One year's experience in the manufacture and testing of human biological products and/or in research in the field of medical Biochemistry, Microbiology, Virology or Immunology from a Governinent Autonomous or Statutory Organizations, Public Sector Undertaking. Universities or recognized research Institutes. Desirable: Doctorate degree in Bio-Chemistry from a recognized University or lnstitute.
