Appointment Orders of JBT(Waiting List):-DDEE Solan

Consequent upon the selection in the counseling conducted by the Department amongst TET qualified candidates from HPSSSB Hamirpur or H.P. Board of School Education Dharamshala Distt. Kangra (in the O/o Dy. Director of Elementary Education Solan) on batch wise basis during the month of Feb./March, 2021, with the prior approval of the Government, and as per directions of The Director of Elementary Education Himachal Pradesh Shimla office letter No EDN-H(Ele)(IV)B(6)1-1/2019-20- JBT,(Apptt.) dated 22.02.2020, EDN-H(Ele)(IV)B(6)1-1/2019-20-21-Appointment(JBT) dated 19-02-2021, EDN-H(Ele)(IV)B(6)1-1/2021-JBT,(Apptt.) dated 21-09-2022, EDN-H(Ele)(IV)B(6)1-1/2021-22,(Apptt.) dated 11-10-2022 and EDN-H(Ele)(IV)B(6)1-1/2021-22, (Apptt.) dated 03-01-2023 the following selected candidates are hereby offered appointment as Junior Basic Teacher (JBT) purely on contract basis on fixed salary of Rs.17820/- (i.c. equal to 60% (Sixty percent) of the first cell of the applicable level of the pay Matrix of the corresponding cadre of employees appointed/working on regular basis) as per Govt. office memorandum No. Fin(C)-B(7)-2/2021 dated 12.01.2022. In case of WFF (Married women), this appointment is subject to the final outcome of LPA No:215/2015 titled as Jyoti Kumari and others pending before the Hon'ble High Court of H.P. and SLP No:31435/2016 titled as State of H.P. and others Vs. Neelam Kumari pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. The appointee is directed to report for duty in the respective Blocks of his/her posting against clear-cut vacancy as shown against their name (s) within 15 days of the issuance of this communication subject to the acceptance and fulfillment of the following specific terms and conditions in addition to the usual terms and conditions of appointment annexed as Annexure "A". Since, the appointment is being offered purely on contract basis, the candidate will have to execute a bond on judicial paper with the Block Elementary Education Officers of concerned school, where he/she is posted that he/she has carefully gone through the conditions of the contract appointment and the conditions imposed are acceptable to him/her. The joining report will be accepted only after the execution of the requisite bond between the Head of institution and the candidate. The contract will be initially for one year and the candidate shall have to enter into fresh contract agreement with the head of institution after completion of one year.
