Samagra Shiksha, Solan (HP) BRCC Recruitment 2023

Applications are hereby invited from in-service Government teachers only, for the post of Block Resource Centre Coordinator (BRCC) Primary and Upper Primary for 09 Education Blocks (Dharampur, Kuthar, Kandaghat, Solan, Arki, Dhundan, Nalagarh, Ramshehar & Patta Mehlog) of District Solan to be filled under Samagra Shiksha, Himachal Pradesh.

 The eligibility criteria for both Primary and Upper Primary BRCC is as under:-

 Sr.No.:- 1 Name of Post:- BRCC Primary Minimum Essential Qualification:- (a) 10+2 with 50% marks. (b) JBT with 50% marks.(c) Graduation. Teaching Experience:- Minimum 7 years experience as Junior Basic Teacher (JBT). Age Limit:- Not more than 50 years

 Sr.No. :-2 Name of Post:- BRCC Upper Primary Minimum Essential Qualification:- (d) Graduation with 50% marks. (e) B.Ed. with 50% marks. (f) Post Graduation. Teaching Experience:- Minimum 7 years experience as Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT). Age Limit:- Not more than 50 years

 Eligibility Conditions:-

 a) Only Junior Basic Teachers (JBT) in case of BRCC Primary and only regular Trained Graduate Teacher (TGTS) are eligible for BRCC Upper Primary. 

b) There should be no departmental enquiry or proceedings pending or contemplated against the applicant or the person should not have been punished or held guilty for misconduct or for dereliction of duty by the department at any stage of his career. 

c) Eligible teacher as mentioned above can apply for BRCC (Primary) within the district. 

d) Eligible teacher as mentioned above can apply for BRCC (Upper Primary) within the state.

 e) BRCCS shall be repatriated after 03 years. After completion, the BRCCS can re-apply after cooling off period of 03 years. 

Note:- 

1. Application for eligible teachers should reach the office of the District Project Officer (SS) DIET Solan (HP) on or before 07th March, 2023. 

2. Complete Permanent and correspondence address along with telephone number must be written in the application. 

3. Preference and weight age will be given to Higher qualification and teaching experience as per the guidelines contained in the policy framed for BRCCs in 2018. 

4. Selection will be based on new policy guidelines, October 2018 as notified by State Govt. of HP for the selection of BRCCs.

 5. The post will be filled up for a period of 03 years.

 6. BRCCS shall be repatriated after 03 years. After completion, the BRCCS can re-apply after cooling off period of 03 years. 

7. The schedule for interviews of the above posts will be communicated later in due course after scrutiny of documents. 

8. If the selected BRCC is promoted during the period of 03 years, he/she shall to be repatriated to his/her parent department on promotion. 

9. Teacher as C&V and other categories (TGTS, PGTS, Lect., etc.) are not eligible for the post of BRCC (Primary). 

10. Teachers as C&V and other Categories (PGTs, Lect., etc.) are not eligible for the post of BRCC (Upper Primary).
