Jal Shakti Division Pragpur Vacancy Details 2022 1.Para Pump Operator No. Of Posts:- 17 Posts Education Qualification:- The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrician Wireman/diesel mechanic/Pump mechanic/Motor mechanic/Pump operator cum mechanic from a recognized ITI OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government. Experience Certificate duly issued by the concerned Executive Engineer in the related field of IPH/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs or outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. 2.Multipurpose Worker No. Of Posts:- 42 Posts Education Qualification:- The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Middle Pass (8th) from School duly recognized by the State Government. Experience Certificate duly issued by the concerned Executive Engineer in the related field of IPH/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUS or outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag 3.Para Fitter No. Of Posts:- 02 Posts Education Qualification:- The candidate should have a minimum qualification of Matriculation (10th) with ITI Certificate in the trade of of Fitter, Plumbing & Sanitation from a recognized ITI OR Matriculation (10th) with certificate in above cited trades under Skill Development Scheme of the Government. Experience Certificate duly issued by the concerned Executive Engineer in the related field of IPH/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUS or outsourcing agency providing service in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag Age Limit:-For these categories minimum age for application shall be 18 and maximum shall be 45 years. Knowledge of custom, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh is desirable.
Documents to be attached with the application form;-- Attested/self-attested copies of date of birth certificate, Academic Qualification Certificate and Bonafide Certificate. Avalid certificate of BPL issued by the competent authority. Acertificate of experience, if any issued by the competent authority. General instruction:- The candidate must apply on the prescribed form which is appended as "Annexure-8" with this advertisement and candidates are advised to apply on this format only on A-4 size paper. Applications received in any other format other than the Annexure-B will be rejected out rightly. The application form should be filled in by the candidate in his/her on handwriting with blue/black ink ball point pen. The candidate must fulfil all his required essential educational and other qualifications on the last date fixed for the submission/receipt of application forms. Incomplete application forms e.g. declaration not signed, without photo and enclosures not attached and columns not filled in or applications received after due date shall be rejected summarily without assigning any reason. Candidates should also attach oneself addressed envelope of 9"x4" (Inch) size along with Rs. 6/- (Rs. Six) postage stamp pasted on it with the application form. The original certificates/Testimonials will be seen at the time of evaluation. The selected incumbent will be paid honorarium at the rate of Rs. 5500/-per month for Para Fitter/Para Pump Operator and Rs. 3900/- per month for multipurpose workers. The working hours of the incumbent shall be 6 hours per day. A quarterly self-reporting format (to be devised by the Jal Shakti Department) would be filled by the Para Fitter/Para Pump Operator and submitted to the Junior Engineer concerned. Based on this at the end of every financial year, a consolidated report would be placed (On a format to be devised by the Jal Shakti Department) for community certification of satisfactory work and conduct. This certificate shall be electronically sent to the concerned Superintending Engineer for record. Unsatisfactory performance may result in termination of appointed by passing an order. The process of termination shall however not be completed unless at least 3 notices have been served upon the incumbent on a specific charge and there has been no improvement in service delivery, the concemed J.E. would have to substantially put down in written, the reason for such termination and this would need to be countersigned by concerned Assistant Engineer based on record/technical reasons.
